摘  要:目的:采用MIMICS软件初步建立贵州省青少年下颌骨大数据的有限元模型。方法:收集50例口腔正畸科就诊的贵州籍青少年患者下颌牙列的医学数字影像和通讯(DICOM)数据并复制下颌牙列石膏模型,DICOM数据导入MIMICS 19.0软件建立下颌牙列的三维有限元模型、同时将DICOM数据导入Invivo软件、同时采用藻酸盐材料制作50位就诊患者完整牙列石膏模,比较3种工具对6个牙位(#33、#32、#31、#41、#42及#43)的牙冠宽度测量值;分别测量三维有限元模型和Invivo软件中右侧第1前磨牙(#44)、第2前磨牙(#45)、第1磨牙(#46)和第2磨牙(#47)牙长轴与下颌平面在矢状面上交角的后上角。结果:三维有限元模型、Invivo软件及石膏模型中6个牙位的牙冠宽度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三维有限元模型和Invivo软件中#44、#45前磨牙及#46、#47磨牙在矢状面上与下颌平面所呈的后上角的角度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过MIMICS软件所建的青少年下颌骨3D模型外形高度仿真,利用MIMICS软件可初步建立贵州省下颌骨数据的有限元模型。Objective: To establish finite element model ot adolescent mat^ul-, ware in Guizhou province. Methods: DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine)data of mandibular dentition of 50 teenagers in orthodontic department in Guizhou province were collected, the mandibular dentition plaster model was copied, and DICOM data was imported into MIMICS 19 software to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of mandibular dentition, at the same time, the DICOM data were imported into Invivo software, meanwhile, complete denture plaster model of 50 patients were made with alginate. The crown widths of 6 teeth (#33, #32, #31, #41, #42 and # 43) detected by three instruments were compared. Posterior superior angle between the axis of the teeth ( #44, #45, #46 and #47) and mandibular plane in the sagittal plane of finite element model and Invivo software was compared. Results: The differences of the crown widths of 6 teeth among three-di- mensional finite element model, Invivo software and plaster model were not statistically significant (P 〉 0. 05 ). The differences of posterior superior angle between the axis of the teeth (#44, #45, #46 and # 47 ) and mandibular plane in the sagittal plane of finite element model and Invivo software were not sla- tistically significant(P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The MIMICS software can build high stinmlation man- dibular 3D finite element model, MIMICS software can be used to establish mandibular data in Guizhou province.
