摘 要:应用Fluent软件提供的VOF模型和重整化k-ε模型,建立了加油过程气液两相流动和蒸发相变计算流体动力学数值分析模型,讨论了加油速度和燃油温度对蒸发排放的影响。结果表明:加油量一定时,燃油蒸发率随加油速度加快而增大,随燃油温度上升而增大;蒸发量则随加油速度加快而减小,随燃油温度上升而增大。这一研究为加油系统及油箱结构研发奠定了基础。Based on the VOF model and the regulafization k-ε model provided by Fluent software, the numerical analysis model of computational fluid dynamics for gas-liquid two-phase flow and evaporation phase transformation in the refueling process was established. The impact of fueling speed and fuel temperature on the evaporation emissions was discussed. The results show that when the amount of fuel is constant, the fuel evaporation rate increases with the acceleration of the fueling speed, and increases with the rising of the fuel temperature. The evaporation rate decreases with the acceleration of the fueling speed and increases with the rising of the fuel temperature. This study has laid the foundation for the development of the refueling system and the tank structure.
