摘　　要："治国理政"不是单纯的技术性、手段性、策略性判断,而是渗入政治实践主体的价值理想与价值原则,具有鲜明的价值意蕴和强烈的价值主体性。中国共产党治国理政的价值系统以马克思主义人民观为价值指向,吸收现代国家治理的现代性价值,熔铸中华优秀传统文化精髓,并最终以社会主义核心价值观为价值追求的基本表达方式。当代中国的国家治理现代化是社会主义核心价值观具体展开的实践过程,以社会主义核心价值观为价值目标,培育与践行社会主义核心价值观则构成国家治理现代化的重要使命。'National governance and political administration' suggests less technical,instrumental and strategic judgment than practical entities ideals and principles characterized with marked implication and individuality.The system of the CPC s national governance and political administration embraces the guidance of Marxist thoughts on people orientation,absorbs the modern values of national governance in contemporary countries,incorporates the refinement of traditional Chinese cultures,and demonstrates the socialist core values as its rudimentary value pursuit.The modernization of national governance and political administration in China is the practice of socialist core values in the real sense.And it is a significant mission for the modernization of national governance to set socialist core values as the value goal,and nurture and practice them.
