摘  要:高职院校的主要任务是为企业培养集生产、服务和管理于一身的高素质技能型专门人才。产教融合是高职教育的必然要求,也是高职教育的鲜明特色。民办高职思政课必须积极发挥校内各方力量形成协同育人的态势,这既是适应新形势下产教融合大趋势的应然之举,也是提升思政课教育教学效果的有效路径。其主要形式包括:发挥学校董事会的引领作用;借助校内各系部、处室以及学生社团的力量开展"用核心价值引领学生成才"的各类协同育人活动;辅导员和思政课教师协同育人;思政课教师担任兼职班主任;设立"立德树人奖"等方式来形成协同育人的合力。The main task of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate high quality and skilled talents ,,-ith the ability of production, service and management. The combination of indusuy and education is the inevitable requirement of higher vocational education which distinguishes its distinctive feature. Ideological and political course in private vocational colleges should play all forces to form a trend of cooperative education which is not only adapt to the new tendency of the combination of indusn7 and education, but also an eft^ctive way to improve the effect of ideological and political course. The main forms of combination include playing the leading role of the school board, carrying out cooperative education activities directed by "guiding students to success by core value", which are supported by different departments and students' associations. At the same time, counselors and teachers of ideological and political course work together to promote cooperative education, for example, teachers of ideological and political course serve as part-time class-masters. And special prizes can be set up to promote the cooperation.
