摘　　要：周公是一位有血有肉的姬姓家族成员,现实生活中充满着浓厚的尊兄友弟、训诫子嗣以及敦睦亲族等正能量,其语录应是姬姓家训的雏形。周公的另一身份是政治家,肩负着姬姓王朝生死存亡的重任,悌德思想中自然掺杂着浓郁的政治色彩,这导致本应采取温情与敬意的模式,却不得不用冷冰冰的政治手段"伤害"自己的手足兄弟、家族子侄及挚友姻亲。The Duke of Zhou, coming gy in his real life was reflected in the he exhorted his sons and nephews, an from Ji family, was a flesh-and-blood family member, thought that he was full of respect and love for brothers his positive ener- and sisters, that d that he promoted friendly relations among members of the same family tree, as a result, Zhou Family Instructions took shape on the basis of his quotations. Another identity for him was a politician, responsible for the life-and-death task of the royal family of Ji, with strong political flavor in his thought of respecting brothers and sisters, as a result, instead of tenderness and respect, all these led to his cold political means of bringing harm to his kinships, including brothers, cousins, nephews, friends, and relatives by blood or marriage.
