摘  要:针对煤矿井下深孔钻进轨迹难以精准控制的问题,提出以定向钻进技术为理论基础,以三轴加速度计与三轴磁强计结合的传感结构为测量方式,在此基础上利用MEMS微硅加速度计和MEMS磁阻式磁强计进行系统设计,构成随钻测量系统,实现全空间姿态的高精度测量。并通过煤矿井下3个对穿孔的工业性试验对测量系统的工作性能进行了验证,试验结果表明,该系统所采集到的数据能够准确反映钻孔的真实轨迹,为煤矿井下深孔钻进轨迹控制提供了有力的装备保障。For the problem that the deep hole drilling trajectory of coal mine was difficult to be precisely controlled. Directional drilling technology as the theoretical basis,with sensing structure combining triaxial accelerometer and triaxial magnetometer as the measurement method. On this basis,MEMS micro-silicon accelerometer and MEMS magnetoresistive magnetometer are used to design the system.Meanwhile,the performance of the measurement system has been verified through 3 pairs of perforated industrial tests in coal mine. It is showed that the data collected by the system can accurately reflect the true trajectory of drilling,which provides a powerful equipment guarantee for the control of deep hole drilling trajectory.
