地市电大培育新型职业农民的实践与思考以湖州广播电视大学为例

摘　　要：湖州市积极探索新型职业农民培育模式,形成了独具湖州特色的"七位一体"培育模式和"三分五统"式教育培训路径。文章综述了湖州市新型职业农民培育的特色,指出三年试点中尚存在培养对象遴选不严、教育培训内容针对性不强、培育跟踪服务严重滞后与扶持政策不能及时到位等问题,提出优选教育培训对象、创新培训课程体系、加强后续跟踪服务和完善配套扶持政策等完善新型职业农民培育的对策。New type of professional farmer cultivation is actively explored in Huzhou city,which constructs a cultivation mode of'seven parts form a whole'and educational training route of'three division and five unification'with unique Huzhou features.The paper summaries characteristics of new type of professional farmer cultivation in Huzhou city,and points out some problems existing in 3 years of practicing,like selection of training objects is not strict,educational training content is not so purposeful,cultivation following-up service is badly lag behind,and supportive policy cannot be implemented on time and in place.Based on these problems,the paper proposes countermeasures to improve new type of professional farmer cultivation such as optimizing educational training objects,innovating training curriculum system,strengthening follow-up service,and perfecting supporting policies.
