经济新常态下高职教育“顶岗实习”的“五个结合点”

摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职院校培养技术技能人才的重要一环。在经济新常态下,新技术、新模式、新业态、新产品不断催生,对人员创新能力、职业态度和综合素质的要求越来越高。因此,只有将学生的"顶岗实习"与教师的"企业实践"、学校的"研发基地"、专业的"教学改革"、学生的"毕业设计"和学生的"就业实习"五个点相结合,才能有效提升高职技术技能人才培养的质量,适应经济新常态下企业对人才的需求。The one way in cultivating the higher skilled personnel is internship.The new technology,models,business,products all lead to the result that demands much higher trained and skilled personnel in the new economic normal.There are five points in the new normal such as the students' internship,the teacher's enterprise practice,institution's research basement,the discipline's teaching innovation,post practice's project design and the graduate's working unit.On the basis of integration of the above five points,the higher vocational personnel can be cultivated with high qualification to meet with the need of the enterprises.
