摘 要:目的探索加强口腔医学生的医患沟通能力教学培养模式。方法将两个年级的口腔医学生分别采用传统教学模式(LBL)和"三阶段培养模式"(TSTM,在传统模式教学基础上开设医患沟通技巧实践课程)教学。在实习阶段结束后,带教老师使用SEGUE量表,对口腔实习医师临床接诊表现进行评价。应用SPSS 13.0软件包进行数据分析,采用t检验对SEGUE量表得分进行组间比较。结果经过医患沟通教育,医学生医患沟通技能总成绩由原先的13.12±1.814(LBL组)提高至19.08±1.740(TSTM组),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论开展医患沟通技巧实践课程,有助于提高口腔医学临床实践中的医患沟通能力,帮助建立良好的医患关系。Objective To explore the education mode on doctor - patient communication skills for stomatologystudents. Methods Students of two grades were divided into two groups which were taught with different ways of lecture based learning (LBL group) and three stage teaching mode (including traditional teaching method and doctor - patient com-munication skill training, TSTM group). The SEGUE scale was used to evaluate the behaviors of stomatological students by teachers after internship. All statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS 13.0. The score of the SEGUE scale was com-pared between groups by using student's t test. Results After the education of doctor - patient communication, the score of stomatological students was raised from 13. 12 ± 1. 814 ( LBL group ) to 19. 08 ± 1. 740 ( TSTM group) , and a significant difference was found between the two groups (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Doctor - patient communication skills course in clini-cal teaching of stomatology department can improve stomatological studentsr communication skills and establish a good doctor - patient relationship.
