摘　　要：目的从病房工作量出发,探索病房医生定员标准。方法查阅该医院2014-2016年度《医疗业务报表》,收集各科室"床位使用率"、"床位周转次数"等相关指标的数据,使用Excel、SPSS13.0统计软件对病房医生的实际定员、标准定员、床人比(x:1)进行统计分析。结果参考1978年标准实施病房医生定员已无法促进医院床位使用率和周转率的有效提高。结论以床位利用模型为基础测算病房医生的定员标准,可以为医院病房医生的配置研究提供一定的参考和借鉴作用。Objective To explore the standard of the doctor allocation quota at wards based on current ward workloads. Method The actual doctor quota at wards, quota standard and the bed-physician ratio （x：1） was analyzed with Excel and SPSS13.0 based on data like bed utilization rate and bed turnover collected from medical statistics report of the hospital from 2014 to 2016. Result The doctor allocation quota doctors at wards made in 1978 has been unable to promote anti improve the hospital＇s bed utilization and turnover rate. Conclusion Doctor allocation quota at wards based on bed utilization model eould provide a reference for studies on doctor allocation at wards.
