摘　　要：生物化学是生命科学的重要基础性学科,其理论课程较为抽象复杂,教学难度较大。我们在教学实践中发现,通过合理的教学设计,在课程中先联系日常生活和临床疾病的实例,使学生对理论知识点在实际的生命活动中的地位和意义有所了解后,再展开教学内容,可以增加学生的学习兴趣,并提升教学效果。本文以物质代谢篇为例,简要介绍了我们这种教学设计。Biochemistry is an important fundamental subject of life sciences.The theoretic course of biochemistry is abstruse and complex,which makes it difficult to teach.During the practice of teaching,we have found that if we made the students understanding the position and significance of the theoretical knowledge in actual life activities by using daily and clinical instances before teaching the main contents,the learning interest of them and the teaching effectiveness could be promoted.In this article,the examples of our teaching design on the metabolism part are introduced.
