关于构建天津市职业技能培训教师管理模式的思考

摘　　要：我市已在建设一批国家级装备制造业基地,急需培养大批国际化高端技能人才,在此新的形势下,对职业技能培训教师的素质提出了更高的要求,因此迫切地需要从宏观上制定科学有效的教师管理模式。文本分析了天津市职业技能培训教师队伍的现状,概括了构建全市职业技能培训师资队伍管理模式的要求,提出了构建我市职业技能培训教师管理模式的主要举措。Tianjin has been building a number of national equipment manufacturing base,it is urgent to cultivate a large number of international high-end skilled personnel,in this new situation,it proposes higher requirements for the quality of vocational skill training teachers,so it is urgent to develop a scientific and effective teacher management model from the macro level.This paper analyzes the status quo of vocational skill training teachers in Tianjin,summarizes the requirements of constructing the management mode of vocational skill training teachers in Tianjin,and puts forward the main measures to construct the management mode of vocational skills training teachers in Tianjin.
