校企协同制定人才培养方案的思考与实践——以长沙学院应用化学专业为例

摘　　要：校企协同制定人才培养方案是应用型本科人才培养的必由之路。长沙学院应用化学专业通过调查应用化学行业的发展状况和企业对人才的需求在校企协同制定符合行业发展和社会需求的应用化学专业培养方案,改革教学内容和课程体系等方面进行了一些有益的探索和实践。Cooperation between university and enterprise for making up the personnel training program is the only way lbr the applied andergraduate talents. According to the investigation of the development situation of the applied chemistry industrial and the requirement of enterprise for the applied chemistry talents, we have undergone some beneficial exploration and practice in some typical aspects such as making up the personnel training program between university and enterprise as well as the reformation of the content of courses and curriculum system.
