摘　　要：基础化学是一门实用性很强的中心学科,是食品、粮食等专业的一门重要的专业基础课。在"互联网+教育"背景下,以培养应用型人才为指引方向,在教学中教师起导向作用,学生作为主体,使"互联网+"在基础化学教学中更好的服务。Fundamental chemistry is a very practical and central subject. It is an important professional basic course for food, foodstuff and other specialties. Under the background of ＂Internet ＋ education＂, in order to train applied-type skilled talents, student-centered classroom teaching with the teacher as a guide should be adopted, leading to the result that the ＂Internet ＋＂ providing better service in the teaching process of fundamental chemistry.
