摘  要:目的探讨多维教育管理模式对护理本科毕业生在护理核心胜任力本位教育中的影响。方法采取随机分组的方式,将实验对象分为对照组和实验组,对照组进行常规护理实习管理及临床教学;实验组在对照组的基础上,将多维教育管理模式介入到护理教学工作中,评估护理本科毕业的工作水平及业务能力。结果艾森克个性问卷、成人Nowichi-Strichland内外控制量表均有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论本研究将多维教育管理模式介入到护理胜任力本位教育中,提高了工作认同感,提高了自我效能,提高工作满意度及患者满意度,增强工作主动性及自信心,发挥了护生的护理管理潜能,提高了护理实习质量。Objective To explore the influence of multidimensional educational management mode on nursing core competence standard education among nursing undergraduates. Methods In a randomized manner,the subjects were divided into control group and experimental group,the control group was given routine nursing practice management and clinical teaching; On the basis of the control group,the experimental group intervened the multidimensional educational management model into the nursing teaching,to assess the level of work and professional ability of nursing undergraduates.Results Internal and external control scale of Eysenck personality questionnaire and adult Nowichi-Strichland had significant difference(P0.01).Conclusions In this study,the multidimensional educational management model was involved in the nursing competency standard education,which can improve work identity,self-efficacy,job satisfaction and patients ' satisfaction,and enhance job initiative and self-confidence,and improve the quality of nursing practice. The nursing management potentiality of nursing students has been fulfilled.
