摘  要:液压变压器是一种可从恒压网络中无节流损失获取能量并实现压力和流量控制的新型液压元件。阐述了传统型与新型等3种液压变压器的结构特征与工作原理,对3种液压变压器的发展概况及其在液压系统中的节能应用进行了论述。分析新型液压变压器在理论分析和实际应用中存在的问题,并对其应用前景进行展望。Hydraulic transformer is an innovational hydraulic component, by which energy can be gotten from common pressure rail without throttling loss and the pressure and flow of hydraulic system can be controlled. The structure characters and working princi-ples of 3 types of hydraulic transformer, including traditional type and new type, were introduced, and the developments of the 3 types of hydraulic transformer and their energy-saving applications in hydraulic system were discussed. Some problems existed in theory analy-sis and practical application of the new type hydraulic transformer were also given, and the application of hydraulic transformer in the future was prospected.
