摘　　要：该压裂液以白油为分散介质,使用油酸/span-60/tween-80=1∶3∶1复配乳化剂,乳化剂为油=1∶10,以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)、DTPA、叔丁基过氧化氢、Na_2PO_3等为引发剂,在一定引发条件下发生聚合反应并得到乳状聚合物。乳液在较长时间内处于稳定状态,乳液反应过程稳定不破乳,生成稳定油包水型乳液聚合物。以OP-10为反相剂,利用反相剂破乳后聚合物粘度、携沙性能均优于同浓度其他压裂液。该压裂液配置简单方便,六秒内可完全溶解,现场操作简单。The fracturing fluid with white oil as dispersing medium, using oleic acid/span-60/tween-80=1：3：1 emulsifier, emulsifier ： oil =1：10, We take AIBN, DTPA, TBH and SHP as initiator ,It leads to polymerization by emulsion polymer under certain conditions . The emulsion is stable and the emulsion is not destroyed in the process of reaction. The stable water-in-oil emulsion polymer can be generated in this reaction. We can use OP-10 as reverse emulsifier. Reaction products with sand performance and shear resistance, temperature resistance are better than other fracturing fluid in the same concentration. Dissolve the fracturing fluid is very simple and convenient, fracturing fluid can be completely dissolved in six seconds with convenience .
