企业任务应用在工程力学课程教学中的驱动与研究

摘　　要：依托《工程力学》任课教师与企业建立的良好关系,并从企业引进具有先进理念的力学设计项目,让教师在教学过程中以此为平台,利用企业任务来驱动学生学习的过程,让学生提前体验工作的感受,同时也打破"填鸭式"的教学模式。通过企业项目的任务让学生在课堂中参与工作,真正做到学以致用。教师教学方法与考核评价体系也需要进行合理的设计,在教学中突出理实相结合,注重学生在企业任务中的过程评价,以此来提高教学质量。This is a good relationship based on ＂Engineering Mechanics＂ teachers and the establishment of the enter- prise. The mechanical design project has advanced the concept and the introduction from the enterprise, so that teachers in the teaching process on the basis of the platform, use the enterprise task to drive the process of student learning, let students experience the work ahead of time feeling, and break the ＂while cramming＂ teaching mode. The task of enterprise projects allow students to participate in the work to experience the real application. The teaching methods and evaluation system also need to be reasonable designed, combining theory with practice, paying attention to the process of enterprise task evaluation for students, and improving our teaching quality.
