摘 要:信息化水平已经成为衡量教育现代化的一把标尺。连云港市各级学校在硬件设备、软件与网络、翻转课堂新模式等教育信息化建设方面已取得了一定的成绩,但仍然存在设备覆盖率不高、使用率低、教育资源不均衡、信息管理效率差等不足。可以采取发挥政府主导作用、吸引社会参与信息化建设、构建资源共享平台、提高教师信息化技能等策略,提高连云港市教育信息化的建设水平。The level of information has become a measure of educational informatization. Schools at all levels in Lianyungang have devoted so much into the rush and great achievements have been made,such as hardware equipment,software and network,flipped classroom. However,there are still some shortcomings,such as low coverage rate of the equipment, low utilization ratio, imbalance of educational resources, and low efficiency of the information management. The following optimization strategies could be taken in order to improve the level of educational informatization in Lianyungang, such as playing the leading role of the government,attracting the publicity to participate in the information construction, constructing the resource sharing platform and improving teachers' information technology.
