摘  要:目的构建口腔医学生岗位胜任力模型,为口腔医学专业人才的培养、规范化培训及考核等提供理论指导。方法通过查阅岗位胜任力辞典、参考相关研究文献、行为事件访谈以及咨询行业专家等方法,确定口腔医学生岗位胜任力要素并编制调查问卷,对山东省17地市共32家医疗机构和高等院校的人员进行问卷调查,调查结果运用SPSS18.0统计软件,应用因子分析法对数据进行分析和处理。结果口腔医学生岗位胜任力模型包括专业技能、知识提升、团队协作、岗位责任、病情研判、医患关系等6大岗位胜任力公共因子及25项岗位胜任力要素。结论构建的口腔医学生岗位胜任力模型较准确地反映了口腔医疗岗位对口腔医学生的具体要求,具有较强的科学性和指导意义,为口腔医学生的培养、培训及考核提供了重要的参考价值。Objective To construct the post competency model of stomatology students, and provide theoretical guidance for the cultivation of professional talents of oral medicine, and standardized training and assessment. Methods A total of 32 medical institutions were set up in 17 cities of Shandong province by referring to the competency dictionary, the relevant research literature, and the behavioral interview and consultation industry experts. The survey results were analyzed by SPSS18. 0 statistical software, and the data were analyzed and processed by factor analysis method. Results The post com- petency model of stomatology students includes 6 major job competencies, including professional skills, knowledge promotion, team cooperation, post responsibility, condition judgment, doctor-patient relationship which follow with 25 post competency factors. Conclusion The post competency model of stomatology students is more accurate to reflect the specific requirements of oral medical posts for stomatology students, and it has strong scientific and guiding significance, which is important for the cultivation, training and assessment of dental students.
