摘　　要：随着我国物流业的快速发展,物流人才出现了急缺现象。为了更好适应社会的需要,各个高校开设物流专业。因此,实施校企合作是当今培养物流人才的趋势,但是校企合作存在着一些不足,文中通过设计调查问卷及对传统的校企合作的模式分析,提出了一种新型的校企合作模式。With the rapid development of China＇s logistics industry,logistics talent appears shortage phenomenon. In order to adapt to social development,colleges and universities to carry out logistics. Therefore,the implementation of school enterprise cooperation is the trend of logistics talents,but the cooperation has some problems,this paper designs the questionnaire and cooperation of the traditional mode of analysis,put forward a new mode of cooperation.
