摘 要:自主学习能力具有能动性、独立性、有效性、相对性这四个特征,自主学习是医学研究生适应本学科及社会发展所应具备的重要能力,为了培养出优秀的医学人才,自主学习能力的培养必不可缺。培养研究生的自主学习能力需要通过优化课程设置以及改善教学方式,在基础教学阶段引导自学意识;通过建设教师队伍、激发学生自主学习兴趣、建立总结反馈机制,从临床方面促进自学能力的培养;同时,还通过指导合理安排时间、引导网络资源应用以及加强学术交流活动,从科研方面进一步对自主学习能力进行培养。Autonomous learning is a crucial ability that the medical postgraduates should have, and this ability is required under the development of discipline and society. Therefore, to foster students' autonomous learning ability is essential during education in order to cultivate medical talents. This article will illuminate the definitions,significance, especially the training methods of autonomous learning ability from the characteristics of the medical graduate students under the present education reform. We trained the students' clinical aspects of independent learning ability through the basic building of teaching system, the stimulation of students' interest and the establishment of a feedback mechanism. Meanwhile, we also gave guidance of reasonable time arrangement and network resource utilization to students, as well as reinforced academic exchanges, so as to cultivate the autonomous learning ability of scientific research.
