摘　　要：当前就业形势严峻,高校在缓解就业压力方面发挥着不可忽视的能动作用,做好就业工作的关键一环是做好就业教育,通过有效的指导教育,可以提高学生就业质量,但当前就业教育存在诸多问题。笔者所在系部通过1234N就业教育模式探索,初步形成了三全育人格局及一报两团特色,各方满意度明显提高。At present, the employment situation is grim, and colleges and universities play an important role in easing the employment pressure.The key link to do a good job of employment is employment education. Through effective guidance, education can improve the quality of students’ employment, but there are many problems in the current employment education.The author’s department through the exploration of 1234 N employment education model, initially formed the characteristics of three full educational pattern and one newspapers two corporations,the satisfaction of all parties improved significantly
