摘 要:本文首先分析混合动力车用发电设备研究现状,根据重型混合动力车需求特点,设计了一种高功率密度的轻质化柴油发电单元,并建立了柴油发动机和永磁同步发电机数学模型,设计基于功率跟随的柴油发电单元控制策略,并利用Matlab Simulink仿真软件对系统进行了仿真分析,验证了发电系统能够实现功率输出动态快速控制。最终搭建了柴油发电单元试验平台,验证了柴油发电单元功率输出和功率跟踪精度满足系统指标要求。First of all, analyzes the research status of hybrid power generation equiptnent. According to the characteristics of heavy-duty hybrid vehicles, a high-power and light-weight diesel power generation unit is de- signed. The mathematical model of diesel engine and permanent magnet synchronous generator is estal)lished. The power to fi)llow the diesel power generation unit control strategy is designed. And simulates the system with Matlab Simulink simulation software. It is verified that the power generation system can realize the dynamic and rapid control of power output. Finally, the diesel power generation unit test platfi^rm is huih, which verifies the power output and power tracking accuracy of the diesel power generation unit to meet the system index requirements.
