摘　　要：中职、高职、本科有机衔接协同创新发展已经成为现代职业教育体系发展的必然趋势。高技术技能型足球人才的培养规格和内涵要求正随着足球产业的蓬勃发展发生重大改变;足球人才培养周期长,探索"七年一贯制"人才培养模式,打通中-高-本的培养通道,已经成为专业发展的必由之路。这为构建现代职业教育体系,搭建足球技术技能型人才培养的立交桥,引领职业教育改革,满足广东体育产业需求,提高足球高技术技能型人才数量和质量提供了可资借鉴的思路与途径。The organic linking of middle vocational schools, senior vocational schools, and undergraduates, as well as collabo-rative innovation, has become an inevitable trend of the development of modern vocational education system. Training specifi-cation and contents of high - level - skill soccer talents have changed a lot with the flourish of soccer industry ; training cycle of soccer talents has made the training channel open up among middle vocational schools, senior vocational schools, and under-graduates, also made it is a necessity to explore the 7 years consistent training pattern. It will build modern vocational educa-tion system, leading the reform of vocational education, meeting the needs of Guangdong sports industry, improving both the quality and quantity high - skill soccer talents.
