摘 要:目的寻找食源性疾病暴发的危险因素,控制疫情蔓延。方法制定病例定义并在旅游团成员中开展病例搜索。分别选取疾病暴发期间旅游团中发病和未发病者作为病例组和对照组,对其饮食暴露史进行病例对照研究,使用多因素非条件Logistics回归分析数据。采集生物样品、剩余食品及食品加工场所的环境样品送实验室进行相应致病菌检验。结果共搜索到24名病例,25%(5/20)的病例粪便标本检出类志贺毗邻单胞菌。Logistics回归显示,中餐的农夫鱼块和晚餐的小鱼干为可疑危险食物。结论这是一起由类志贺毗邻单胞菌感染引起的食源性疾病暴发事件,建议食品监管部门加强对旅游餐饮的监管。Objective To find risk factors of food borne disease outbreak and control the epidemic. Method We made a case definition and searched cases in the travel team. The suspected cases and the persons without any clinical symptom were selected as case group and control group respectively to carry out case-control study. Gather biological samples and samples from surplus food and food processing facilities to send to the laboratory for testing corresponding pathogens. Resuits 24 cases were found, 25%(5/20) cases were with Plesiomonas shigelloides positive. Logistics regression showed two kinds of food from the lunch and the supper respectively were the suspicious dangerous food. Discussion This is a food borne disease outbreak event caused by Plesiomonas shigelloides. We suggest supervision department to enforce inspection of tourist catering.
