摘 要:为有效提高超声波电动机的机械输出性能和改变输出形式,设计了一种纵弯复合四换能器式多自由度球型超声波电动机驱动器。该电机驱动器由两两对称的4个纵弯悬臂梁换能器和定子圆筒组成,悬臂与纵弯陶瓷片一起被固定在螺柱之上。对电机的驱动原理进行分析,利用有限元法对电机结构参数进行设计和仿真,设计出正方形电机驱动器,其总长度为136 mm,换能器长度为76 mm,定子圆筒外径为90 mm。实现电机的纵弯模态特征频率的简并值为21 080 Hz,并对电机的瞬态特性和谐响应进行分析,得出在20 945 Hz处振幅最大,质点最大位移提高50%,验证了所设计的电机的可行性和有效性。研制电机并进行试验,最大力矩为0.98 N·m,最大转速为53 r/min。In order to improve the mechanical output performance and change the output of the ultrasonic motor, a new type of multi-de^ee of freedom spherical ultrasonic motor with four transducer was proposed. The motor driver includes a pairwise symmetric four cantilever bending and longitudinal beam transducer and a stator cylinder. The cylinder and the horns of the transducers were manufactured from a piece of duralumin alloy and they were fixed on the stud with longitudinal and bending ceramic piece. The working principle of motor was analyzed. The motor was designed and analyzed with finite element method( FEM ). The final design of the square Motor length was 136 mm. The length of transducer was 76 mm and the outside diameter of cylinder was 90 mm. The frequencies of longitudinal and bending modes of the motor were degenera- ted to 21 080 Hz. It was concluded that the maximum of the amplitude was in the 20 945 Hz, and the maximum displace- ment of the particle is increased by 50% after the transient characteristic and the harmonious response analysis. Thus it verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed motor. The motor has been developed and tested, the maximum torque is 0.98 N · m, the maximum speed is 53 r/min.
