摘  要:常规PI控制是永磁同步交流调速系统中速度控制器最常用的方案,然而,常规PI速度控制器易产生起动超调,对负载转矩的扰动较为敏感,不能兼顾跟踪和抗扰。为克服这些问题,在常规PI控制的基础上设计了一种二自由度PID速度控制器,并以永磁同步电机为控制对象分析了控制器参数的调整方法,实现了同时针对跟踪和抗扰的要求独立设置控制器参数。仿真和实验证明了该二自由度PID速度控制器的可行性和有效性。The most commonly used speed controller for the PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) driving system based on Field Oriented Control is Proportional- Integral (PI) controller. However, the PI controller has some dis- advantages such as high starting overshoot, sensitivity to sudden load torque disturbances. And it was too hard to ensure the tracking performance and disturbance resistance performance satisfactory simultaneously. In order to solve these disadvanta- ges above, Two-Degree-of-Freedom PID Speed Regulator had been designed based on PI controller. Its parameters were analyzed by giving an example of PMSM, which showed the parameters could make both tracking performance and disturb- ance resistance performance well. The simulations and experiments verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the designed controller.
