摘　　要：数字化手术方案是对手术过程涉及要素的形式化、结构化描述。手术方案的虚拟可视化呈现有助于医生洞悉手术环境,掌握手术过程的细节,便于医患交流。目前在手术方案的可视化方面,往往注重解剖结构的3D可视化,而忽略辅助信息和表现动态操作过程的可视化呈现。针对这个问题,面向微创手术规划的需求,提出手术方案的形式化定义和存储结构,并提出数字化手术方案结构文档的解析算法,解决个性化手术方案的虚拟可视化呈现问题。Digital surgical program is a formal and structural description of the elements involved in surgical process. The virtual visualization of the surgical program is helpful for the doctor to understand the operating environment, master the details of the operation process and facilitate the doctor-patient communication. At present, the visualization of surgical program is often focused on the visualization of anatomic structures, while ignoring the auxiliary information and the visualization of the dynamic process. To solve this problem, proposes a formal definition and storage structure of the surgical program, and puts forward the analytical algorithm of digital surgical program, solves the virtual visualization of personalized surgical program.
