摘　　要：家畜的体脂沉积影响畜肉品质进而影响人类健康,肥胖基因(fat mass and obesity associated,FTO)与体脂沉积存在密切相关性,从而间接影响畜肉品质。近年来围绕着体脂沉积的分子机制、体脂沉积与畜肉品质的相关性,国内外学者做了大量的研究,以期达到调控脂肪代谢、提高畜肉品质及保障人类健康的目的。The body fat deposition of livestock affects the meat quality and human health.It is closely related between FTO gene and body fat deposition,which affects the meat quality indirectly.In recent years,in order to realize the regulation of fat metabolism,improve meat quality and protect human health,domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research about the molecular mechanism of fat deposition,correlation between body fat deposition and meat quality in livestock.
