摘　　要：医学是一门实践性很强的学科,加强医学生的临床技能培训是从源头上改善医疗质量的重要举措。本文基于目前神经外科临床教学的现状,结合大学生临床技能竞赛备赛和参赛的经验,分析目前神经外科临床教学实施过程中存在的问题从和可能的解决途径,提出了以提高临床技能为核心的多个教学改革思路。Medicine is a very practical discipline, and strengthening the training of clinical skills for medical students is an important measure to improve the medical quality from the source. Based on the present situation of clinical teaching of neurosurgery, combined with the experience of preparation and participation of college students＇ clinical skills competition, this article analyzes the existing problems in the course of clinical teaching of neurosurgery and the possible solutions, and proposes multiple ideas of teaching reform to improve the clinical skills as the core.
