摘 要:目的探讨护士分层级管理对强化护理管理质量的作用。方法选择2014年1—12月(实施护士分层级管理后)我院80例护理人员作为研究组;选择2013年1—12月(实施护士分层级管理前)我院80例护理人员作为对照组。观察对比两组护理人员的护理质量评分及对工作的满意度。结果研究组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员对工作的总满意率为97.50%,高于对照组的87.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士分层级管理对强化护理管理质量具有积极的促进作用。Objective To explore the role of nurses' hierarchical management in strengthening the quality of nursing management. Methods From January to December 2014 (after the implementation of nurses hierarchical management), 80 cases of nursing staff were selected as research group, from January to December 2013 (before the implementation of nurses hierarchical management), 80 cases of nurses in our hospital were selected as control group. The scores of nursing care quality and the satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The quality of research group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The overall satisfaction rate of the nursing staff in the research group was 97.50%, which was higher than that in the control group (87.50%), the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Nursing hierarchical management has a positive effect on strengthening the aualitv of nursing management and is suitable for popularization.
