摘　　要：在我国,葡萄酒游逐渐被高端旅游者所青睐,但是行业发展及学术界相关的研究却相当匮乏,借鉴国外研究有助于填补这一块空白。文章从讨论葡萄酒概念出发,提炼出葡萄酒游最基本的三个要素:酒庄、葡萄酒游游客和葡萄酒旅游目的地,并以此着眼,全面广泛地收集相关文献,总结并梳理其研究成果,笔者认为加强葡萄酒旅游目的地和酒庄旅游设施建设、重视葡萄酒知识的普及教育和提高服务质量才是吸引满足葡萄酒游游客关键所在。In China, the wine tour is gradually favored by high-end tourists, but the industry development and academic research is quite scarce, learn from foreign research will help fill this gap. From the discussion of the concept of wine, the article draws out the three basic elements of the wine tour： the winery, the wine tourists and the wine destination, and collects the relevant literature in a comprehensive and extensive way, summarizes and combs the research results. We think that we should strengthen the construction of wine tourism destination and winery tourism facilities, pay attention to the popularization of wine knowledge and improve the quality of service is to attract the key to meet the wine tourists.
