摘　　要：在教育部推进"研究生教育创新工程"的背景下,深化教育改革,制定并完善符合研究生发展要求的创新型培养方案势在必行。高等院校应本着以人为本、因材施教的教育原则,加强自身建设,注重创新培养,为国家输出高素质的研究生人才。本文研究了一种实践性较强的创新型研究生培养模式,从研究生个性发掘、实验室资源共享、人才团队协作等角度进行了分析。With the promotion of ＂Graduate Education Innovation Project＂ by the Ministry of Education, it is imperative to deepen education reform and perfect training program according to the development requirements of graduate students. In order to cultivate high-quality graduate students for our country, higher education institutions should insist on the principles of education, strengthen self-construction and pay attention to the innovative ability training of students. This paper studies a practical and innovative postgraduate training model from the perspectives of students＇ individual character exploration, laboratory resource sharing and team collaboration.
