竹茶改性脲醛树脂胶涂胶量对饰面板性能的影响

摘  要:利用闽北丰富的竹、茶资源,将其下脚料作为脲醛树脂的改性剂,研究经竹茶改性处理的脲醛胶黏剂的涂胶量对浸渍纸饰面细木工板横向弯曲强度的影响。研究结果表明,饰面板的横向弯曲强度与芯条侧面、芯板的正反面以及基板的正反面涂胶量均有关,整体趋势是随着涂胶量的增加而增大;但涂胶量过多,反而会导致强度的下降。By using industrial rich resources of bamboo, tea as modifier of urea-formaldehyde resin, this paper studied the effect of content of bamboo tea modified urea-formaldehyde resin agent on transverse bending strength of impregnated paper decorated blockboard. The results showed that the transverse bending strength were related with core side, the positive and negative face of core board and positive and negative face of substrate board. The overall trend is increased with the increase of glue quantity increases, but if the glue quantity is too much, it will lead to a decline in strength.
