摘  要:建立了一种快速、高效、准确的测定肉制品中柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红5种合成色素的全自动固相萃取-高效液相色谱(SPE-RP-HPLC)方法。方法:样品采用固相萃取小柱进行净化、富集,在C18柱色谱柱上以甲醇-乙酸铵水溶液(20.0mmol/L)为流动相实现基线分离,紫外检测。结果:5种合成色素的加标回收率为88.4%~96.0%,精密度为1.8%~3.1%。结论:本法可用于肉制品中柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红5种合成色素的测定。A rapid, efficient and accurate automatic solid - phase extraction - high performance liquid chromatography (SPE - RP - HPLC ) method was established for determination of five kinds of synthetic pigments including tartrazine, amaranth, carmine, sunset yellow and fancy red in meat products. The sample was purified and enriched through solid phase extraction column, on a C18 column chromatographic column, methanol -ammonium acetate solution (20.0mmol/L) were used as mobile phase, baseline separation was implemented, and ultraviolet detection was conducted. The results showed that recovery of standard addition of five kinds of synthetic pigments was 88.4% - 96.0% and precision was 1.8% - 3.1%. It could be used as determination of five kinds of synthetic pigments including tartrazine, amaranth, carmine, sunset yellow and fancy red in meat products.
