以家风建设推进高校党风廉政建设的路径探索

摘　　要：家风是家庭成员的精神纽带,是道德品质的世代积累、嘉言懿行的代际沉淀。家风建设是干事创业之本、作风涵养之要、党风廉政之基。高校的根本任务是培养社会主义的合格建设者和可靠接班人,家风建设是高校党风廉政建设的重要组成部分,是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要基石,是践行社会主义核心价值观的重要体现。当前,高校虽不断重视和加强家风建设,但在基层组织、个人认识、学习教育、宣传引导及体制机制等方面仍存在诸多不足。通过强化高校各级党组织抓家风建设的政治责任、增强高校领导干部和教师的家风意识、细化高校家风教育的措施和清单、营造高校家风建设的浓厚氛围、完善高校家风建设制度机制等举措,能有效助推高校党风廉政建设,形成风清气正的教书育人环境和良好的政治生态。Family morals are family rules of conduct passed down through generations and are the mental and emotional tie between family members. Construction of family morals serves as the foundation for party style and clean government construction, and is also an important part of party style and clean government construction in universities. However, despite the increasing emphases on family morals, there are still rooms for improvement in organization, personal awareness, education, publication and mechanism, etc. Therefore, we suggest universities improve the construction of family morals by strengthening responsibilities of grass-root party organizations for family morals construction, by enhancing university staff awareness of family morals, and by taking more specific measures. All the above mentioned efforts will result in more effective system and mechanism for family morals construction and a more healthy climate of family morals in universities, and hence a cleaner educational environment and political ecology.
