摘  要:针对大学生"对口就业率不高"与企业"用工难"的问题,以滁州职业技术学院软件技术省示范专业为例,确立了专业与岗位对接、能力培养与岗位需求对接的人才培养基本原则,探索了"项目引导,阶段递进"的工学结合人才培养模式,构建了"能力为本位,面向岗位的模块化"的课程体系,通过教学改革建设了优质核心课程及教学资源,优化了实验实训教学环境,强化了教师专业技能并组建了具有"双师"素质的教学团队,积极与行业、企事业单位合作提升专业服务能力。通过以上实践,该专业学生的对口就业率明显提高,缓解了本地区软件企业用工难的压力,同时也带动了软件技术专业群的整体发展,并为高职院校专业建设提供了有益的参考。For the problem of low employment rates of college students and the difficulty of employment in enterprise,in a case of Software Technology Demonstration major of Chuzhou Vocational and Technical College,the paper established the combinations of specialty and post,ability training and professional demand,explored the talents cultivation mode of work and study combination of "project guidance,stages progressive improvement",constructed a curriculum system of "ability standard,job oriented modular". By the reform of teaching,the college constructed quality core curriculum and teaching resources,optimizing the experimental teaching environment,strengthening teachers' professional skills and forming a dual-qualified teacching team,improving the professional serving ability with a positive cooperation with enterprises. By the above measures and practice,the students' employment rate has been increased significantly,alleviating the local software enterprises employment pressure,with the overall development of software technology professional groups at the same time,which provides an useful reference for the professional construction of vocational colleges.
