结节性硬化症伴肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT表现

摘　　要：目的总结结节性硬化症伴肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(RAML)的CT表现,以提高对本病的认识。方法收集经临床确诊的结节性硬化症并经过CT检查的患者55例,分析其影像学表现。结果本组55例患者均有RAML异常表现,其中男19例,女36例,年龄9~47岁,平均24.2岁。双肾均受累且多发病灶者53例(96.3%),肿瘤大于4cm 37例(67.3%),伴发肝脏AML者17例(30.9%),AML出血者14例(25.4%),假性动脉瘤或血管畸形7例(12.7%),乏脂肪AML2例(3.6%)。结论结节性硬化症伴肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT表现具有特征性,需提高对其认识。Objective To conclude and analyze the features of CT about tuberous sclerosis complex associated renal angiomyolipoma.Methods The features of imaging were analyzed for 55 cases of tuberous sclerosis complex associated renal angiomyolipomas, the cases were diagnosed with clinical data and scanned with CT.Results The imaging findings of renal AML were found in 55 patients, of whom 19 were male and 36 were female, aged 9~47 years old, with an auerage of 24.2 years old.Bilateral multiple renal angiomyolipoma was found in 53 cases （96.3%）;the maximal diameter of tumors more than 4cm was 37 cases （67.3%）.There were 17 cases （30.9%） with liver AML;hemorrhage was found in 14 cases （25.4%）, pseudoaneurysm or vascular malformation in 7 cases （12.7%）, and lack of fat in 2 cases （3.6%）.Conclusion The CT findings of tuberous sclerosis complex associated renal angiomyolipomas was characterized;The understandings need to be improved.
