摘　　要：本文运用本体构建方法,以50本中医古籍文献中眼部预防保健知识为资源,整理术语清单,对健目术语进行概念分类,探索建立概念间关系,利用Protégé5.0软件构建"健目"知识本体,并进行可视化展示,为进一步搭建"健目"知识服务信息系统提供支持,同时也为中医养生领域知识表达提供参照。By using ontology construction method, and setting eye prevention and health care knowledge in 50 TCM ancient books and literature as resources, this article combed term list, conducted concept classification for terms of healthy eyes, and explored and established relation among concepts. It also used Protege5.0 software to build the knowledge ontology of ＂heathy eyes＂, and carried out visual demonstration, in order to further support the establishment of ＂healthy eyes＂ knowledge service information system and provide references for knowledge expressions in TCM health preserving field.
