摘 要:目的了解可选择添加成分在较大婴儿配方食品中的添加和分布情况,为我国相关标准修订提供参考。方法使用横断面方法调查,收集生产日期为2014年1月1日~2016年6月1日的我国市场上的不同品牌不同配方的较大婴儿配方食品150例,录入产品标签信息并统计分析各可选择成分的添加率和含量分布。结果在调查的150例产品中,几乎所有的较大婴儿配方中都添加了可选择添加成分,其中胆碱、牛磺酸、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)的添加率较高,分别为92.0%、90.7%、90.7%,而1,3-二油酸2-棕榈酸甘油三酯(OPO)、乳铁蛋白、酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPP)、多聚果糖、聚葡萄糖、酪蛋白钙肽的添加率较低,棉子糖在所有调查产品中均未添加。较大婴儿配方食品中可选择成分DHA和核苷酸的含量分布较均匀,牛磺酸使用量集中在标准范围中部,其余成分普遍分布在范围的低区间,对于未设置下限值的营养素,如DHA、花生四烯酸(ARA)和乳铁蛋白,存在个别产品中含量值极低的情况。膳食纤维以低聚半乳糖(GOS)和低聚果糖(FOS)的添加比例最高,多数产品中GOS/FOS的比例为0.1~1。结论绝大多数我国标准允许添加的可选择成分都在较大婴儿配方食品中被使用了,有些物质的使用频次较高,有些物质使用频次很低甚至没有使用,各个可选择成分的使用量分布也各不一样。对GB14880中使用量的规定方式、个别营养素的下限值、GOS/FOS的添加比例,建议在今后相关标准修订过程中综合考虑进行修订。Objective In order to know the addition and distribution of optional ingredients in older infants formula, and give suggestions to the revision of relevant standards. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted. A total of 150 older infant formulas with production date from January 1, 2014 to June 1, 2016 were collected in China. The information in the product label were recorded. The addition and distribution of optional ingredients were analyzed. Results Almost all of the 150 older infant formulas have added optional components. The contents of choline, taurine, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)were found in 92.0%, 90.7%, 90.7% respectively in all products, which was a higher proportion of adding, while 1, 3-dioleyl 2-palmitate triglyceride (OPO), lactoferrin, casein phosphopeptide (CPP), polyfructose, polydextrose, casein calcium peptide were less added, raffinose was not found in all investigated products. The contents of DHA and nucleotide were evenly distributed over the range specified by the standard, the usage of taurine concentrated in the middle of the standard range, and the contents of the other optional ingredients were in a lower range, for nutrients which do not have the lowest values, such as DHA, arachidonic acid (ARA) and lactoferrin, there was a very low content in some products. The highest proportion of dietary fiber were galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) and oligofructose (FOS), and the ratio of GOS / FOS were 0.1 - 1 in most products. Conclusion Follow-up formula for older infant uses the vast majority of optional ingredients which were allowed by China' s relevant standards, and the frequency of some substances were high, but some of the material were low and sometimes even zero. The distribution of the usage of the various optional ingredients were also different. The way of usage provision of GB14880, the lowest values of some nutrients and the ratio of GOS / FOS should be considered in the revision of relevant standards.
