摘  要:随着住院医师规范化培训的开展,如何结合中医儿科的特殊性,建立完善的中医儿科规范化培训制度是目前有待探索的问题。笔者根据近年来临床带教经验,对中医儿科规范化培训的培训现状、培训方式及培训效果,从制定完善培训计划、加强三基训练、培养儿科专业思维、注重角色转换、重视教学查房、建立严格的出科考核制度六个方面,结合学科发展情况进行了阐述。With the development of standardized training of residents, how to establish a standardized training system for pediatric standardization of traditional Chinese medicine, according to the particularity of pediatrics in China, is still a problem to be explored. According to clinical teaching experience, the author aimed at training status, training methods and training effect of standardized training in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine, and proposed the six aspects, such as establishing the training plan, strengthening the three basic training, training pediatric professional thinking, paying attention to the change of role, paying attention to teaching, establishing strict examination system, and discussed the cultivation with the development situation.
