摘　　要：为应对北京市医疗行业的迅猛发展对卫生系统人才的需要,拓宽人才培养途径,确保人才培养质量。本文通过对教学质量保证体系建设进行要素分析,探究卫生系统远程学历教育教学质量保证体系的理论框架及实践运行的结构机制,探索适合卫生人才市场需求,符合国家人才培养标准的卫生远程学历教育发展之路。To satisfy the ever increasing need of health industry, ensure the quality and quantity of human resource in healthcare, this paper investigated the quality control system in healthcare distance education, analyzed the essential elements in distance education and the way to provide high quality talents for heahheare industry through distance learning.
