摘　　要：比较双通道7890B气相色谱仪和7890A气相色谱仪测定浓香型白酒中己酸乙酯含量的差异,采用内标法计算己酸乙酯含量。结果显示两台仪器使用的方法检测出己酸乙酯的含量无显著性差异,而且双通道7890B气相色谱仪具有双通道的结构,可以同时分析两个样品,大大缩短了分析时间,提高了工作效率。分析人员可根据实际工作情况使用相应的仪器分析方法。The difference in ethyl caproate content in Luzhou flavor liquor determined by two-channel 7890B gas chromatography and 7890A gas chromatography was compared using internal standard calculating method. The results showed that there were no significant differences using these two instruments. In addition, two samples could be analyed simultaneously by two-channel 7890B gas chromatography due to its dual-channel structure, greatly reducing the analysis time and improving the work effectiveness. Analysts can use the appropriate instrumental analysis method based on actual work conditions.
