摘　　要：目的探讨核转录因子NF-k B在肝癌中的表达情况及其与肝癌上皮间质转化(EMT)的关系。方法 (1)方便收集福建省龙岩市第二医院2014年12月—2015年10月肝癌患者12例外周血样本,采用Can Patrol CTC二代富集技术分离循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs);(2)采用RNA原位杂交(RNA-ISH)技术,鉴定CTCs类型和检测NF-k B的表达。结果91.7%(11/12)肝癌患者外周血样本中检测出CTCs,根据EMT标志物,CTCs可被分为3个亚群,包括上皮型CTCs,上皮/间质混合型CTCs和间质型CTCs。间质型CTCs、NF-k B在肝癌外周血中表达率分别为66.7%(8/12)、83.3%(10/12);NF-k B表达与CTCs检出率、间质型CTCs表达显著相关(P<0.05)。结论 NF-k B可能和肝癌的EMT发生有关,并促进肿瘤转移。Objective To study the expression of NF-kB in liver cancer and correlation with epithelial-mesenchymal transition. Methods Convenient selection The peripheral blood samples of 12 cases of liver cancer patients admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2014 to October 2015 were collected and the CTCs was isolated by the Can Patrol CTC second-generation enrichment technique, and the CTCs type was identified by the RNA-ISH and the expression of NF-kB was tested. Results The CTCs was tested in the peripheral blood samples of 91.7%（11/12） liver cancer patients, and CTCs could be divided into three subgroups according to the marker of EMT, including epitheliated type CTCs, epithelial/interstitial mixed type CTCs and interstitial type CTCs, and the expression rate of interstitial type CTCs and NF-kB in the peripheral blood of liver cancer was respectively 66.7%（8/12）and 83.3%（10/12）, and the expression of NF-kB was obviously correlated with the test rate of CTCs and expression of interstitial type CTCs（P〈0.05）. Conclusion NF-kB may be related to the occurrence of EMT of liver cancer and promote the neoplasm metastasis.
