摘　　要：我国职业教育是培育工匠精神的前沿阵地,工匠精神的培育离不开与典型人才培养模式现代学徒制的有机契合,通过"现代学徒制+工匠精神"的协同平台的建设,即协同实践课程体系平台、协同师资平台和协同实训基地平台来创新物流专业人才培养模式,为加快我国现代职教体系的建立打下良好基础。In China, vocational education is the forward position of cultivating craftsman spirit. The cultivation of craftsman spirit can not be separated from the modern apprenticeship model, the typical talents training mode. Through the construction of the collaborative platform of ＂modern apprenticeship＋ craftsman spirit＂, i.e. collaborative practice curriculum system platform, collaborative teacher platform and collaborative training base platform, the logistics professional talent training mode is innovated, in order to speed up the establishment of modern vocational education system in China.
