孔子职业历程特征对“双师型”教师成长的启示

摘　　要：行政管理专业既是普通高等教育的专业,也是职业教育的专业。孔子的从政教育与现代行政管理专业具有较大的一致性,可视为专业教育,具有职业教育特征。本文概括总结了孔子的从教、从政职业历程,分析了其职业历程的双重性、交融性、自我建设性等特征,并指出了其职业历程对现代"双师型"教师成长的启示。Administrative management major is not only the specialty of the general higher education but also one of the vocational education.Confucius＇ s political education,which can be seen as professional education and has the characteristics of vocational education,has similarities with modern administrative management major.In the paper,Confucius＇ teaching and political career course are summarized;then the characteristics of his professional course such as blending,self construction are analyzed;finally the enlightenment of his professional course on the growth of the dual-qualification teachers is put forward.
