心理韧性在硕士研究生乐商与主观幸福感间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探究硕士研究生乐商、心理韧性和主观幸福感的关系,为提升硕士研究生的乐商水平提供参照。方法:采用中国成年人乐商问卷、心理韧性问卷和主观幸福感问卷,对江苏省4所高校的568名硕士研究生进行调查。结果:硕士研究生心理韧性、乐商及各维度与主观幸福感的生活满意度和正性情感均显著正相关,与负性情感显著负相关;乐商对生活满意度具有显著的总效应和直接效应,心理韧性的中介效应显著;乐商对正性情感具有显著的总效应和直接效应,心理韧性的中介效应显著;乐商对负性情感具有显著的总效应和直接效应,心理韧性的中介效应显著。结论:心理韧性在硕士研究生乐商和主观幸福感之间起中介作用。Object：to explore the relationship between optimistic intelligence quotient,resilience and subjective well-being of postgraduates,and to provide reference for improving the level of postgraduates＇ optimistic intelligence quotient.Methods：a survey of 568 postgraduates from four universities in Jiangsu Province is conducted by using questionnaires of Chinese adult optimistic intelligence quotient,resilience and subjective well-being.Results：There are significantly positive correlations between postgraduates＇ life satisfaction,positive emotion,resilience and optimistic intelligence quotient.And there are significantly negative correlations between postgraduates＇ negative emotion,resilience and optimistic intelligence quotient.Total effect and direct effect of optimistic intelligence quotient influence life satisfaction are significant,and immediate effect of resilience is significant.Total effect and direct effect of optimistic intelligence quotient influence positive emotion are significant,and immediate effect of resilience is significant.Total effect and direct effect of optimistic intelligence quotient influence negative emotion are significant,and immediate effect of resilience is significant.Conclusion：resilience of postgraduates plays an immediate role between optimistic intelligence quotient and subjective well-being.
