摘　　要：为了进一步系统研究隐性饥饿问题,对隐性饥饿的概念与危害及医学检验、食物强化、生物强化等方面的研究进展进行综述。提出面对隐性饥饿要强化系统理念,努力提高国家、地方和家庭经济水平,健全体检制度、丰富食物多样性、有针对性地开展食物强化与生物强化。The concept of hidden hunger has been proposed for several decades. Based on an extensive literature in recent years, the paper carriesd a systematic review of the concept and threatens of hidden hunger, medical exanfination method, food fortification and biofor- tification on hidden hunger. In order to cope with hidden hunger, the paper pointed out that we should enhanc, e understanding of the con- cept, improve the national government, local government and people＇s living standard, establish a regulatory framework fi）r health checkup, improve diet diversity, and carry out food fortification and biofortifieation.
