公共服务动机视角下服务型领导对公务员建言行为的影响

摘　　要：基于对中国多个地区不同公共部门的两阶段配对问卷调查表明:服务型领导正向影响公共部门建言行为;公共服务动机在服务型领导与公共部门建言行为间发挥中介作用;公务员的权力距离导向负向调节公共服务动机对公共部门建言行为的影响及其在服务型领导与公共部门建言行为间的中介作用。Based on a two-wave survey for different public sectors located in multiple regions, the research explores that： servant leadership is positively related to voice behavior in public sectors; this relationship is mediated by public service motivation; power distance orientation has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between public service motivation and voice behavior in public sectors; power distance orientation also negatively moderates the mediating effect of public service motivation on the relationship between servant leadership and voice behavior in public sectors.
